Black Friday Shopping!

My parents and I went shopping at the mall in downtown Indianapolis. We went to a card store, Hot Topic, Journey's, and Eddie Bauer. We aren't very avid shoppers to be honest. On Black Friday, my grandma was home alone with our two dogs. She couldn't find one of our dogs, so she assumed that one of them had gotten outside. We were freaking out as we were driving home, only to find out that our dog was hiding in the basement because someone had come to the door to see my grandma. It was an interesting Black Friday experience for us.

Mac vs. PC

Apple computers are faster than PCs and they are a lot thinner than PC laptops. They store a lot more power and don't die as quickly as PCs when you're on the go. And everything on the new iMac computers are wireless: including the keyboard and the mouse.

Ball State University

Ball State University focuses on the strength of your high school curriculum. You need to have completed four years of English, three years of math, three years of science, and three years of social studies. They also need your ACT or SAT scores. And you need to have participated in extracurricular activities throughout your high school career.

They don't require you to have perfect grades, which is good for me, but they want you to be able to succeed at their school. I would have to say that their admission requirements are fair enough.

Homecoming Week

I have no plans for this week. I do plan on dressing up on Wednesday, but no other day. The only thing that I am participating in is helping with the video games.

We're supposed to write about what we are learning in class so here we go... I have pretty much learned how to start making a web page in Dreamweaver. To be honest, it's more difficult than it seems. My pictures are whopper jawed and overall it looks boring! And by the way from watching Julie & Julia, it makes me want to become a professional blogger! Labor Day Weekend

For Labor Day weekend, my parents and I plan on driving to my grandma's house. We will be celebrating my mom's birthday and mine also. We might go shopping too. That's about it. BYE!

Indiana State Fair Tragedy

During the weekend, at the Indiana State Fair, the stage collapsed. Sugarland was about to perform when massive winds tore it to shreds! 5 people died and 40 people were severely injured. The video I posted is a video of me talking about the tragedy. I recommend that you do not watch it.
